The farm provides the space, the learners bring their own material and the more skilled people voluntarily share their expertise ; this is how organised people can make a 15 EUR welding training.
In BioBagnolese agriturism, a unique welding workshop has been organised by Fabriek Paysanne (Belgium) and Schola Campesina (Italy) in May 2025. The 21 participants (3 groups on 3 different days) gathered in the traditional place for training of Schola Campesina, a pioneer organic farm of the Biodistrict della Via Amerina e delle Forre. They were coming from different backgrounds and toke this opportunity to gain welding skills and for exchanging on their own practices and experiences. The workshop has been well appreciated and might be replicated in the future.
